The port engine severely overheated when water supply was interupted.  The operator was unaware of the impending disaster because neither the alarm, or the gauges funtioned properly.  The engine was completely diassembled in the engine room, and all components were reconditioned then reassembled in the boat for a complete overhaul.  We then fabricated a new wiring harness using Detuch connectors, new alarm senders including a waterflow sensor, and replaced primary wiring to gauges.  Also included is a new engine room start panel which includes mechanical Murphy switchgauges and redundant alarm system (this won't happen again!).  The stbd engine is in the process of getting the re-wire.

The main engines, 16V2000 Detroit Diesel/MTU's, required a 3000 Hr Service.  This included service items such as EUP flow test and change, injectors, valve adjustment, fuel cooler seal replacement, etc.  We have Detroit Diesel special tools and computer equipment, giving you Professional service.  The gensets required Injectors, fresh and raw water pumps, coolant change and tune-ups.

This gives us the ability to run hoses through your vessel trim and crimp, saving time and money.  We also offer 316 fittings and ends.

This 88' San Marino uses an integrated fresh water tank in the lazertte.  The water tank access was such that one could not cut into it.  To achieve proper thruster depth we had to create a custom down angle.
